It is open for breakfast, lunch, traditional afternoon tea, and dinner. The Great Room Restaurant features cosmopolitan menus that unite influences from around the world, while honouring the best of traditional Irish, British and French classics.
The stunning interior design of this restaurant is distinguished by the magnificent central enameled glass cupola, suspended from which is Irelands largest chandelier. This was specially commissioned by The Merchant Hotel from local company Tyrone Crystal. A richly decorated plasterwork frieze, Corinthian columns and numerous sculptures all add to the gracious effect.
